12.5.19 Freshly shaved effeminate man (head shaved no facial hair on either incident) threatens me (Steven L. Wolff) of Rio Dell Times (on my front porch). E-mail if you have seen this person or know who he is. He claims to be Armenian/Greek who does not reside in Rio Dell. He looks to be around 5' 10" sometimes has a skateboard and claims to “like bong hits on the streets while watching the Rio Dell Times!” Also likes to make kissy faces. First incident, which occurred a couple of days ago, he had hair down to the bottom of his ears "it is now shaved." We want to know the name of this person in order to forward on to authorities.
